Night Auditor

CC's Hideaway 4 star Boutique Hotel is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling daily transactions, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and performing various administrative and accounting tasks. Your primary objective will be to guarantee accurate financial records, exceptional guest experiences, and a secure environment during the night shift.

Key responsibilities:
Nightly Financial Audit:
Verify and reconcile guest charges, cash, and credit card transactions accurately.
Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management for review.

Guest Services:
Greet and check-in late arriving guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Assist guests with special needs or requests during their stay.

Security and Safety:
Monitor the premises during the night shift to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies to the appropriate authorities.
Follow hotel policies and procedures for emergency situations, including fire and evacuation procedures.

Front Desk Operations:
Complete the night audit checklist and ensure all necessary tasks are accomplished.
Perform check-out procedures for departing guests and process payments.
Handle reservations and cancellations effectively.

Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and accounts.
Prepare and distribute wake-up calls as requested by guests.
Handle incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure room availability and cleanliness.
Communicate important information or guest requests to relevant hotel staff.
Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- English skills intermediate level
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in handling guest interactions.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly during the overnight shift.
- Availability to work during nighttime hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Salary range from 13000 - 16000 THB based on experience.

- 5/2 Working Week with two consecutive days off.

**Salary**: ฿14,000.00 - ฿16,000.00 per month
