- งานประจำ- 4 - 10 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsibilities- 1. Handle the Corporate assigned accounts with the purpose to maximize- upgrading and prevent NPL and also maximize the customer payment- collection and debt recovery within the approved work out schemes.- 2. Responsible for collecting and/or adjusting charged off loan accounts.- 3. Reviews credit and other available information on charged off, delinquent- or high balance accounts and evaluates prospects collection of delinquent- 4. Support Team leader in execution of special negotiation and develop- special case TDR, collection, advisory for the hard handling customer- under supervision for Credit solution and Credit Recovery of the unhealthy- SME Portfolio to achieve Bank's target.- 5. To manage the credit approval process and ensures quality (data quality- included) and timely review of the existing transactions. Provides- leadership in customer advice and negotiations- 6. Negotiate/facilitate for visit to gather information related to the debtors.- 7. Analyze and initiate alternative solutions and their corresponding recovery,impact, and NI.คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance,
- Accounting, Economics or relevant fields
- 3-5 years of working experience in Debt restructuring and Credit Analyst
- Exhibits a high level of self-motivation, integrity and drive to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good inter-personal skills and a strong team player
- Customer-centric with high degree of service mindset
- Strong financial and analytical skills (including financial modeling and cash
- flow projections)
