Regional Store Operation Manager

PRTR is working with the world’s fourth-largest smartphone brand and has established the world’s largest consumer IoT platform, with more than 196 million smart devices connected to this platform, excluding smartphones and laptops. Currently, their products are present in more than 80 countries and regions around the world and have a leading foothold in many of them.
- Being responsible for the Team (Store Manager) KPIs.
- Training and developing the store team in staff, sales planning and Profit and Loss follow-up.
- Organizing the team to operate the retail marketing activities, retail training and development, store identity standardization, retail system process and deployment.
- Overseeing the Product readiness and inventory organization based on company KPIs.
- Updating the senior management on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
- Being responsible to foster close working relationships store owner, store staff and regional team to align the information, guideline and standard.
- Overseeing audit and shrink routines and best practices in store, including cash handling and store compliance routines.
- Conducting market visits regularly, getting feedback from retailers and partners, identifying and resolving issues.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor‘s Degree in any field.
- Not over 37 years old.
- Experience working cross-functionally with corporate functions and field leadership.
- Experience Store Operation, Visual merchandise, Retail Marketing.
- Experience in identifying operational issues and resolving them accordingly.
- English or Chinese communication.
- Excel for Business work level.
- 3 years or more relevant experience in relevant industries.
- Able to travel outside the area responsibility scale 10- 20 stores.
