**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Air Import Operations Officer will contact with customer and response for Air Import related to operation and documentation process.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Contact consignee when shipment is required for green light.
- Scan invoice and supporting docs to customer before sending original billing to them.
- Create job file and invoice timely and correctly to meet with KPI.
- Update event date in Pegasus as required from operation controller / sales correctly & timely.
- Create PV
- Scan e-Docs.
- Filing all import files at the end of each month.
- Inform sales, customer services and overseas when damaged goods are found.
- Submit intend to file a claim to the carrier as Standard Operating Procedures - Damaged.
- Follow up with overseas when shipment is partial.
- Follow up overseas of TELEX amendment.
- Provide network information as SOP Air Import and rate (cost / selling) when required.
- Ask green light from overseas to accept import duty & tax amount. (DDP)
- Cooperate with accounting for billing and checking litigation.
- Cooperate with operation controller for pending supplier invoices that could not be matched with JIA
- Provide overseas D/N with job file no. and send to operation controller and accounting for matching.
- Provide sales & customer services info and rate (cost/selling) when required.

**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**
- Working in the Air Import Operation/Document at least **2 years**:

- Must have knowledge Import operation
- Good in using computer
- Good Interpersonal skills & good relations with all levels
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving ability in emergency case
- High sense of responsibility in job duty
- Good communication in English
