**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain backend services for the Foresent project using NodeJS, ensuring code quality and system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Identify and implement data analytics solutions to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Manage and optimize databases for maximum efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Continuously research and implement best practices in backend development and data management.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in NodeJS.
- Must-have technical experience with:

- o Serverless Framework: Demonstrated experience in deploying scalable and efficient services.
- o AWS Elasticache: Experience in implementing caching solutions for performance improvement.
- o AWS Lambda: Skilled in creating and managing serverless functions.
- o AWS S3: Knowledgeable in utilizing S3 for data storage and management.
- Extensive experience in writing complex database queries and optimizing database performance.
- Knowledge of data analytics and management techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
- Prior experience in a similar industry or with large-scale projects.
