- 2. Have experience in R&D, Production/LAB 5-10 years.
- 3. Specialist in rubber, plastic, adhesive process.
- 4. Have knowledge of ISO/TS16949.
- 5. Strong management and problem solving skills.
- 6. Have team leader and presentation skills.
