Responsible for handling Preflight tasks, such as scheduled and Adhoc retimes and cancellations notifications, eliminating double bookings, notifying guests on balance owing bookings and removing hold and declined bookings.
Handle on Swap Aircraft following Allocation received and manage on notification /overbooking.
To take incoming enquiries, complaints and questions from Stations who have reach the Preflight team via: Group chat, telephone etc.
To audit notification from automation system and proceed manual notification.
To use agreed guidelines or procedures, to attempt to resolve the guest's queries or concern in a professional manner.
To work to agreed productivity and targets set by the Management Team.
To escalate any unresolved issues which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures to Superior.
To proactively suggest areas of improvement to Superior 9) To ensure Preflight agents are fully trained or aware / informed in response to handle any Adhoc tasks or procedural changes.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in any flied.
Good communication both written and spoken English.
Good Thai & English communication skill on speaking, listening and writing.
Team work and oriented.
Able to work in shift rotation and flexible to work overnight.
Have working experience in airline or travel agency will be advantage.
