- งานประจำ- 5 - 10 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- ขึ้นอยู่กับคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Manage day to day and direct all trainings and teaching schedules.
- Provide professional leadership, including manage and supervise all the riding instructors.
- Develop, planning and monitor programs and schedules for club horses to be healthy, fit, and ready for service.
- Ensure proper use of horses and equipment including, developing maintenance schedule.
- Develop and ensure all safety procedures regarding riders, horses, and all training/riding processes.
- Teach club lessons and train club horses.
- Cooperate riders and staffs for smooth operation.
- Support all activities within Riding Department.
- Perform other duties assigned by Riding Manager.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in English both written and speaking.
- Experience at least 5 years of teaching.
- Competed in Thailand championship events (minimum of novice or jumping 100cm).
- Highly organized, sufficient, and punctual.
- Knowledge in TEF/FEI rules and regulations.
- TEF Coaching (if not, must take and complete within 1 working year).
- Any course by FEI and TEF (Special Consideration).
- Able to work weekends.
