- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูล
- ทำการสรุปผลการ Test ระบบให้กับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง

ทำ Produce Test Cases เพื่อตรวจดูขั้นตอนและเช็กดูว่าลูกค้าได้รับไปแล้วจะอ่านแล้วใช้งานเข้าใจได้ง่าย
