- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานตามสัญญาจ้าง รายเดือน/รายปี- 0 - 2 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรี- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
- Lialising with user/staff either remotely or face-to-face and troubleshooting systems and network problems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults and replacing faulty hardware as required.
- Providing support, including procedural adequate documentation.
- Setting up new user accounts, profiles and dealing with account related issues, i.e. passwords.
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users/customers and other professionals.
- To perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as directed by the superior or designated person.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics or any IT related fields.
- At least 0-2 years experience in IT Department or IT support / helpdesk. (Fresh graduates is also welcome).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
