**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a high-quality menu featuring authentic Asian cuisine, tailored to the tastes and preferences of our international clientele.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of performance.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s culinary team to integrate Asian cuisine offerings with overall dining experiences.
- Innovate and update the menu regularly to reflect seasonal ingredients, current trends, and guest feedback.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to meet budgetary goals.
