Advise and counsel all business units on matters of Thai law, including but not limited to corporate and commercial law.
- Support corporate matters, compliance and other legal matters of the Company.
- Prepare regular reports for management.
- Handle litigation case and represent the case in Court

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Thai university,
- Can work as a corporate lawyer and litigator
- Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking, in Thai and English;
- Ability to handle cases independently with minimum supervision;
- Good ability to work in a team;
- Highly analytical with strong attention to details;
- Thai lawyer license
