Regarding the collaboration between University of Singapore and Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program Foundation, the unit named Medical Innovation Development and Assessment Support (MIDAS) has been founded to support on Early Health Technology Assessment, with the passion in conducting research to support the innovation and accessibility of the innovation to be more widened for the society and poppulation.
**Modeling**:
- Perform early health economic modelling to examine potential cost-effectiveness, identify target product profiles, and provide inputs on data and information gap.
- Report and present the results to the team and medical innovators.
- Provide support on statistics and modelling to other team members.
- Conduct training on early health economic modelling.
**Information collection from the peer-reviewed literature, government report, and stakeholders’ meeting minutes**:
- Identify potential health innovations for prioritized disease area.
- Support other team members in searching for information, writing report and policy brief.
- Review meeting minutes (in Thai) from relevant stakeholders in Thailand and extract the information.
- Provide input to the team members about the health innovation from technology and healthcare system perspective.
**Communication, interview, and focus-group discussion**:
- Actively communicate with stakeholders and innovators about the progress of the early health technology assessment (early HTA) works.
- Get input from stakeholders on the early HTA works.
- Elicit information from stakeholders and innovators as input for early health economic modelling.
- Identify target product profiles of health innovation based on interviews and focus group discussion.
**Heath innovation management**:
- Provide input on other considerations during the early HTA process, e.g.: legal, ethical, and institutional issues.
- Identify the demand of the health innovation in private market.
- Provide input from private market perspective, e.g.: if the health innovation is unlikely to be reimbursed by the government and private market should be targeted.
- Provide input on adoption and implementation of health innovation in the real-world setting.
**Salary**: From ฿30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
