**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
**Events planning, creation and reporting for branding events as well as commercial client events**
- Based on brand strategy & ambition, propose and define event(s) for our target audience(s), inspired by Maison guidelines
- Contribute to adapt Maison guidelines to gain in local relevance and better suit to market’s objectives
- For each event, prepare a clear brief and define the event specific objective as well as associated KPI’s; and share it with selected agencies
- Contribute in the agency pre-selection based on past work and agency credentials and area of strengths; contribute to the final selection based on agencies proposals’ analysis
- Share feedback about agency proposal to continuously enrich it and link it to the expected performance
- Manage the annual events calendar to optimize impact and resources
- Elaborate pre-event and post-event reports for internal record and learnings as well as submission to HQ
- Monitor competitors’ actions and best practices, get inspirations, and learn from them in order to continuously seek for improvement
- Collaborate with other markets to leverage initiatives and share best practices
**Events management & execution**
- Responsible for all preparation and coordination work to meet overall demands of the event’s objectives and production requirements
- Manage, update and follow up with internal and external parties on the different aspects of the event, including close liaison with Headquarter and Regional office for validation and relevant local teams for maximum pre and post event impact
- Assist with on-site supervision and logistics during the event as well as installation and dismantling of the event
- Ensure high quality production and timely roll-out of the event
- Manage all necessary administrative work and logistics surrounding the event ie. vendor creation, invoicing, delivery, warehousing, inventory.
- Assist local team and take on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Highly motivated, strong ability to multi-task pro-actively
- At least 5 or more years of relevant work experience in related field. Familiarity in luxury/retail segment is preferred
- Proven track record in adopting a 360˚approach towards events management
- Possess high level of initiative and able to work in a matrixed organisation
- Proficiency in production (technical specifications and needs), MS office and able to comprehend autocad files are preferred
