**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
**Mission Description**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements for new projects and initiatives
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly
- Provide ongoing support to business users, including training and troubleshooting
- Must have experience in the insurance industry to understand and translate business needs into system requirements

**Profile Requirements**:

- **Possess 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry**:

- Demonstrate proven knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban through successful project completion
- Have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, including its challenges and opportunities
- Effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders through excellent communication skills
- Prioritize tasks based on their impact on business goals
- **Must be fluent in English and Thai
