Responsibilities
**1. Franchisee Network Expansion**: Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchisee network across Thailand.
2. Market Research Conduct market research to identify potential franchisee partners, assess market conditions, and identify key areas for growth.
**3. Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, networking, and referrals.
4. Prospect Evaluation Evaluate potential franchisee partners based on their financial stability, business acumen, and alignment with the company's values and brand standards.
5. Negotiations and Deal Closing Lead negotiations with prospective franchisee partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Facilitate the signing of franchise agreements and secure necessary approvals.
6. Relationship Management Foster strong relationships with existing franchisee partners to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
7. Franchisee Training and Support Coordinate with the training team to provide initial and ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring they receive the necessary training and guidance to operate successful outlets.
8. Reporting and Analysis Prepare regular reports on business development activities, franchisee performance, and market trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate strategies.
9. Compliance Ensure all franchisee partners adhere to the company's brand guidelines, operational standards, and legal requirements.
Key Functions

Experience in sales and / or business development, preferably within the franchising industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with divers
