OOCA, a mental health care company, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and branding efforts. As a Graphic Designer at OOCA, you will bring creative ideas and design expertise to shape the visual identity of our company. You will work closely with our marketing team, creating visually compelling designs for web and print collateral. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects such as creating logos, infographics, and print materials. Ultimately, you will help us build brand consistency and enhance our reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create the visual through various digital platforms ; Blog, Facebook, Website, Advertising ads.
- Create the storyboard for motion material ; VDO, Vlog, Clip
- Create media products such as magazines, labels, advertising and signage.
- Support the creative design for all BU
- Selecting colors, images and typefaces to convey a company's brand and message.
- Presenting design concepts to clients or art directors.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, creative, or a related field
- Experience in a start-up or mental health company is a plus
- Proficiency in design tools and principles
- Understanding of brand identity and product design
- Knowledge of motion design
- Ability to adapt designs to different requirements
- Actively seeks opportunities to learn and grow
- Enjoys engaging with people
- Open-minded and has a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at problem-solving and creativity
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask effectively
