**SUMMARY OF ROLE**
Responsible for order fulfilment as Business Center administration (order management, system transactions, Customer / Supplier Invoices) the entire flow from an initiated order until the order is delivered to the customer. Starting from entering customer orders, provide commit shipment date to customer. Creating sales forecast and creating plan order to suggest production plan.
Also, managing customer satisfaction for delivery performance. Work cross-functional with other departments as needed and logistic / warehouse personnel to get shipments out.
Perform order entry, review orders, create order acknowledgement, and fulfil logístical shipping requirements for customers' orders.
Monitor inventory levels both FGI and Material at Contract Manufacturing and Manage to ensure Inventory 100% accuracy.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Analyze all data relevant to creating sales forecast and creating plan order and work with production planning
- Work closely with Sales team to accurately forecast trends.
- Analysis Demand Planning and work with Supply Chain Manager and Planning Manager to sync up on Material supply planning and Shipment Schedule meet customer requirement.
- Lead Capacity Analysis with Production Planning
- Perform order entry, review orders, create order acknowledgement, and fulfil logístical shipping requirements for customers' orders.
- Tracking shipment revenue (Actual vs Goal), Keep track of Actual production performance and Analyze, provide guideline to operation team Utilize resource to maximize productivity and provide data to management
- Daily raise up and inform all issue concerns that cause delay shipment to Operation Team member
- Investigates issues and resolves problems, tracks orders and generates orders as requested from sales operation.
- Weekly update confirms and feedback delivery dock date to customers.
- Creates reports and summarizes overall FGI stock control comparing with Demand and Forecast.
- Report of plan VS actual performance (Production output, OTD Ship to Commit and Ship to Request)
- Keep communicating to all related function regularly to ensure no mis-communication issue.
- Monitors and maintains overall current stock levels both domestics and overseas (stock cover days, safety stock, lead-time)
- Monitor and manages WIP and FGI for Non-Move, Aging and Over stock.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineer, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Demand, Inventory Planning and Order Management.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing operation, Supply Chain management, Logistics and Planning.
- Good interpersonal skill, works well with others.
- Logical thinking and integrated thinking skills required.
- Strong Leadership skill and Strong Analytical skill.
- Database management skills (Strong MS Excel is a must)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Deep understanding of MRP and ERP
- Have vision and be able to find opportunities for improvement.
