- ** Job Description**:
- Discuss and gather requirements with clients and the Product team to bring the Requirements into a User Story
- Analyze the acquired demand data. to find the problem and risk factors in advance By expanding it into a User Story and passing it on to the design team
- Document SRS (Business Flow / Data Flow / Activity Case / Test Case)
- Create Test Scenario documents for use in testing SIT / UAT systems
- Coordinate with the Product Manager, QA & Developer team to design the system
- Test the program according to Test Scenario before release
- Work demonstration or the use of the program And used to create a Platform User Manual
- Manage, plan meetings to understand related tasks
- Able to analyze and develop the team's work process, plan and set goals
- Analyze the cause of the problem and improve. Evaluate the work continuously
- Supervise and be a provider of Training Academy training both internally and externally
- ** Requirement**:
- Graduated from Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields (Software Engineer, Computer Science).
- Experience in Business Analyst not less than 1-3 years for Junior and 3 years or more for Senior.
- If you have experience as a plan implementation according to ISO standards will be an advantage.
- Be a person who understands Operation / Business Flow perspectives.
- Having designed a platform will be given special consideration.
- Able to accept changes. Be open to listening to other people's opinions.
- Communicate well with others. I like teaching advice and able to produce detailed documents
- Dare to talk to strangers, especially customers, with wit and enthusiasm
- **English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: Thai, English
- ** Working Hour**: 9.00 ~ 18.00
