We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. This person will manage and engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organizations, and business chambers strategies to amplify validated learnings across Thailand markets.

**Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Following up call to driver to complete driver registration on deposit process within 14 days cohort.
- Optimizing the onboarding process and finding solutions to increase the conversion rate.
- Maintain quality support onboarding team lead Driver Operation.
- ติดตามค่าลงทะเบียนแรกเข้าในการสมัครเป็นผู้ขับ Lalamove ภายใน 14 วันแรก
