- Assisting guests with their luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles and transporting it to their rooms.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining the features and amenities of the hotel along the way.
- Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests upon request.
- Assisting guests with special needs or disabilities by offering support and ensuring their comfort.
- Offering to park and retrieve guests' vehicles if the hotel provides valet parking services.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Delivering messages, packages, and other items to guests' rooms as required.
- Assisting with coordinating guest transportation, such as arranging taxi services or providing directions.
- Maintaining a neat and organized bell stand area, including managing luggage carts and maintaining inventory.
- Collaborating with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assisting with the check-out process by retrieving luggage from guest rooms and loading it into vehicles.
- Providing assistance during emergencies or evacuation procedures, following established hotel protocols.
