- Manage design projects from start to finish. Define project scopes, establish timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain high design standards and ensure consistency across all design deliverables
- Work closely with other stakeholders to align design initiatives with product development and marketing strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
- Look into the performance (impression, Click, CTR, CVR) to make sure the the design impact to the business

**KPI**

**Project Timeliness**: Measure the percentage of design projects completed within the established timelines.

**Design Quality**: Evaluate the quality of design deliverables based on established criteria, such as adherence to brand guidelines, usability standards, and user feedback.

**Customer & Stakeholder Satisfaction**: Collect feedback from customers, including stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, to measure their satisfaction with the design work. This can be done through surveys, interviews, or regular feedback sessions.

Banner and communication performance that impact to the business > Look into the performance (impression, Click, CTR, CVR) to make sure the design impact to the business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, graphic design, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in graphic design and packaging.
- 3-5 years professional experience with a strong portfolio of work
- Work experience in advertising is advantageous.
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print.
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
