**Major Responsibilities**:
- Forecast situation of Business products’ industry and market situation in order to develop marketing database, report to support further analysis in marketing and sales function
- Conduct sales processes and negotiation with internal/external stakeholders.
- Implement sales contract comply with related parties i.e. customer, distributor, internal parties to ensure smooth sales process with customer’s requirement.
- Lead on analyze customer /market insights in PO chain and business development to develop products.
- Identify, analyze and derive insights through market trend analysis, industry value chain analysis, end-use market pool analysis, competitive intelligence analysis, and opportunity map analysis & assessment as intelligence for strategic market categorization, segment target, and go-to-market
- Coordinate with R&D, technical support and logistic team to ensure product delivery with sales order.
- Develop and retain good relationship throughout value added chain.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering / Science / Business Administration or other related fields
- 5-7 years of work experience in Marketing, Commercial, Sales or Trading experiences of petrochemical product or PO (prefer)
- Fluent in English or Indian or Indonesian or Vietnamese
- Competency : Strong negotiation, planning and analytical skill, good coordination skill
