(Senior) Climate Policy Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead or contribute to projects focused on climate law, finance, and policy, engaging with public sectors or international organizations to develop strategies, regulations, and implementation plans that support climate funding, energy transition, carbon neutrality, and net-zero emissions.
- Develop expertise in energy efficiency, e-mobility, and renewable energy policies, and integrate this knowledge into project strategies and solutions.
- Design and develop project proposals, including methodology, implementation plans, task descriptions, budgets, and team structures.
- Oversee project implementation, delegate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Analyze project objectives and scope, critically assess key issues, limitations, potential strategies, and develop practical solutions to support clients in climate mitigation, adaptation, and enabling environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from public and private sectors to ensure accuracy, accountability, and transparency in project outcomes.
- Support business development activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of advisory work.
- Represent Creagy in key meetings, workshops, learning sessions, webinars, and seminars to promote and advance climate solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and Thai.
- A strong passion for addressing global climate issues.
- Advanced degree in Law, Political Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience, preferably in law practice, financial institutions, or management/strategy consulting in the fields of ESG, sustainability, or climate change.
- Demonstrated knowledge of energy efficiency, e-mobility, and renewable energy policies.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to provide practical recommendations and effectively communicate complex topics.
- Proven decision-making abilities concerning assigned projects and tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to obtain agreement and approval from clients and stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new challenges.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and conflict resolution skills
