**Job Purposes**:
Control the operations of property management and development in areas under responsibilities, including leasing, and analysis, management, and development for both of current and new facilities and buildings, along with providing advice and problem solving, to support business operations effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Participate in managing the development and implementation of property strategies to underpin service excellence and long-term sustainability of the organization
- Control processes to manage and develop facilities and buildings, including leasing, to support organizational operations effectively
- Control accumulating, managing, and analyzing data of property management and development, and construction rules, to conduct research for each property benefit improvement and maximizing
- Manage arrangement, schedules, and accurate and comprehensive documentation including funder and agreements, for development of facilities and buildings to support property management and development
- Provide advice, recommendations, and problem solving about property management and development to internal and external to support business operations effectively
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in operations of property development
- Control making reports to summarize overall property management and development to propose to the supervisor and improve team performance
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Understand business administration, and property management, development, and setup
- Have skill of management and communication
- Have good computer skills
- Have analytical skill
- Be able to coordinate
- Be creative
