HR Supervisor

**Karma Panalee** is a premier resort nestled in the beautiful surroundings of **Koh Samui, Thailand**. As we prepare for our opening, we are building a dynamic pre-opening team to ensure a successful launch.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
- Lead HR activities during the pre-opening phase, ensuring all HR processes and systems are in place.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate with the Group Training Manager to execute training and development programs.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in pre-opening HR activities in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
