- Manages the daily work schedules of warehouse employees involved in performing a combination of receiving, unloading trucks, GHS Labelling, put away, picking, packing and hand over goods to transportation.
- Proactive works with Warehouse team to initiate and recommend changes in procedures to improve the operation efficiency of the warehouse.
- Conduct meetings ensuring team members are kept informed with matters affecting their work area and the business in general.
- Communicate on operation disciplinary issues to investigate and take necessary actions.
- Ensure policy is adhered to regarding attendance, timekeeping, safety and quality and behaviors and conduct.
- General knowledge how warehouse system operate.
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects including compiling reports and documentation for Warehouse Manager.
