We are seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead a team of designers and manage external resources, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual designs that align with our platform’s objectives. This role involves overseeing the entire design process from concept to final delivery, balancing creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to foster a productive, collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior manager to define and implement the platform’s creative strategy.
- Establish and maintain creative guidelines to ensure visual consistency with the company’s brand identity and UX/UI standards.
- Design and produce high-quality visuals for our platform, including banners, landing pages, and module improvements.
- Create prototypes to illustrate the user journey in campaign design, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Consolidate all designs from internal and external resources to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall creative vision.
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively to both internal designers and external resources.
- Provide detailed design feedback to maintain consistency and quality across all creative work.
- Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to designers, enhancing overall design quality.
- Work cross-functionally to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions.
- Implement strategic planning for optimal resource allocation and comprehensive project management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a project management role within a fast-paced e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools (e.g., Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and leadership capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, coupled with strong creative skills and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Experience in user-centric design and developing user flows to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Experience in promotional layout and typography design with a deep understanding of marketing promotions and compliance.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work even under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and managerial abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and knowledge of best practices for online visual content.
- The ability to read HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
