- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos across various platforms (e.g., social media, website, internal communications).
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to capture professional-grade footage.
- Enhance video storytelling through the use of graphics, text overlays, sound design, and special effects.
- Edit footage using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute video content strategies aligned with campaign goals.
- Perform audio syncing, sound adjustments, and color grading to achieve polished and visually appealing results.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized workflows and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices.

- **Qualifications**:

- 4-7 years of professional experience in video production and editing, preferably within a production house or digital content.
- Advanced videography skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional camera work and storytelling.
- Strong storytelling, sound design, and color correction skills.
- In-depth knowledge of all stages of video production: pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing timelines and project requirements.
- Familiarity with social media and digital video platforms, understanding the nuances of content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
