Production + Design Studio Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Production + Design Studio Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys being part of both the creative and production processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our brand’s content and operations align seamlessly with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production Responsibilities:_
- Shop for fabrics and materials (training will be provided).
- Assessing and conducting quality control before product shipment (training will be provided).
- Finalize and correct quality control notes in both English and Thai before QC meetings with artisans.
- Check in with artisans and producers every 1-2 weeks after placing orders, coordinating with them to ensure smooth production processes.
- Oversee the production process, coordinate with suppliers, scheduling meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track production deadlines and quality standards to meet quarterly KPIs.
- Assist with logistics, including managing inventory, deliveries, and shipping schedules.
- Create purchase orders after receiving product inventory final numbers, before shipment to the USA.
- Creative Responsibilities:_
- Shoot and edit product photography for brand’s website and social media.
- Proficient in photo editing and using design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom + Photoshop).
- Collaborate with the team to create marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the brand’s goals, ensuring all content reflects the brand’s zero-waste and ethical values.
- Oversee website copy and ensure accurate updates to product pages.
- Studio Management Responsibilities:_
- Pay for recurring studio bills for wifi, electricity, employee benefits + reimbursements, and weekly cleaning.
- Update monthly expenses by the 7th of every month in the company Expense Tracker.
- Basic studio management including coordinating studio maintenance when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Thai speaker
- Proficient in English
- Able to drive a motorbike or car and have a driving license
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Detail oriented and self motivated
- Strong English copywriting skills and attention to detail
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation or in a production related field
- Eagerness to learn about clothing production
- Creativity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and analytics tools.
- Having basic experience with photography and photo editing, videography skills are a plus.
- A college degree and other relevant certifications are a bonus.
