Job Title**:Scratch Cooking & Greenhouse Innovation Design Manager**

**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**

Unilever-Philippines’ Nutrition business is one the biggest growth drivers for SEA & is also one of the strongest globally. Its strong business is built on two pillars, Knorr & Lady’s Choice; each of them are rightful leaders in the categories they play in. With a very strong business today, what is next for Nutrition PH? Nutrition must quickly start future-proofing its business with more delicious, nutritious & purposeful products & brands.

The Scratch Cooking & Greenhouse Innovations Design Manager will play an integral role in making this ideal future a reality for the business. This role will primarily be in-charge of designing the category’s growth strategy; creating purposeful, distinctive, and compelling creative work that builds brand power, and landing the full brand renovation and innovation roadmap for Philippines and Greenhouse Southeast Asia. This person will also be the main docker with regional and global brand teams also working on brand design and development to ensure that every mix will take in local insights and key market considerations to ensure success upon launch. This person shall also be accountable for creation of agile and disruptive business models that will create new opportunities to further grow the category in new demand spaces in Southeast Asia.

The individual we are looking for needs to be keenly strategic, empirically creative, and has a strong bias for action, and a Test & Learn mindset. The job will entail close working relationship with the Nutrition Philippines Innovation Design Manager, the Nutrition SEA Transformation, Strategy, and Omni-Greenhouse Lead, cross-functional teams, and external agency partners to land impactful mixes, design brand experiences and growth plans for Scratch Cooking and Greenhouse.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Analyze and dig deep into real people’s real problems and competitors - the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels, and consumer using data and empathy to generate actional insights and make decisions to drive growth.
- Design strategies and plans that make clear choices, set clear direction, and grow our brands and our business. This includes identification of gaps and growth opportunities within the market, landing impactful renovation & innovation projects that support the short-term & long-term growth agenda.
- Craft robust communication strategy for brand campaigns with proven-strong, bold, brilliant and unmissable creative work.
- Close coordination with the Local Brand Performance Team for deployment and support to ensure brand is competitive across the 6Ps.
- Influence internal stakeholders and dock Global and Regional Team.
- Manage financials including overheads and NWM, and shape project P&Ls.
