OH Coordinator

**Occupational Health Coordinator**:
Based on Pathumthani province

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
Perform occupational health work in accordance with the principles, and efficiency, and complies with occupational health policies of the region and Thailand.

**Participation in cooperate development**:

- Develop the process of working to be systematic, efficient, standardized, and achieve to the most effective operation
- Contribute to cost saving from the operation to be within the budget
- Accept and cooperate with others in the organization to execute the policies of the organization smoothly as expected
- Study and comply with safety, occupational health, energy, and environmental regulations as well as maintain the quality standard
- EHS and QMS policies set by the organization are compliant with national laws

**Occupational health**:

- Supervise the contract nurses working to be effective, and ensure that they can handle unexpected situations well
- Supervise the cleanliness of food, containers, and storage facilities in the cafeteria to be clean, safe, and hygienic
- Supervise the working of utility contractors to be effective and match with the agreed conditions
- Educate employees about the plague and contagious diseases to prevent the epidemic in a workplace
- Provide information about occupational health to the employees at the mills, so they are aware of the consequences
- Organize the activities to promote the hygiene of employees at the mills to be healthy and safe to promote the efficiency of working for all employees in the organization

- Higher performance in working
- Budget and expense are systematic and accurate
- Higher performance of employees
- Lower the rate of employees’ sickness
- Plague-free and contagious-disease-free
- The policies of Kimberly-Clark Thailand LTD, are complied with the laws and regulations

**Major Challenges**:

- This position plays an important role in persuasion employees and executives in an organization to understand, accept, and cooperate for occupational health
- Main problem and challenge of this position is the difficulty in persuasion the executives in each organization because it is in the abstract. It requires good communication skills to convince others to be able to understand and cooperate

**Essential Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in public health, occupational health, or other related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in public health, or occupational health in multinational companies
- In-depth understanding of public health and occupational health policies in the establishment
- Communication & coordination skills
- Leadership skill
- Good command in English (Speaking / Writing / Reading)
- Proficient in MS Office
