Barista

Position: Barista (Full time)

**Salary**: 16,000 - 20,000 + Service Charge + Tips

Basic Requirements:
1. Male or female, aged 22-50 years old.

2. Extensive knowledge of coffee.

3. Capable of working both at a speed bar and a slow bar.

4. Have at least 2-3 years of experience working in coffee shops.

5. Competent skills in English speaking and reading skills is a plus.

Previous experience working in a Specialty Coffee shop would be considered a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, and specialty drinks
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Take customer orders, process transactions accurately using our POS system, and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and replenish as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, answer questions about our coffee offerings, and make recommendations.
- Enhance the presentation of our beverages.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety guidelines, cash handling protocols, and scheduling requirements.
