**Job Details**
- Developing and designing standard performance reports and presentations in appropriate format within a given timeline to support Head Sales on sale monitoring and quality improvement.
- Reconciling data based on agreed criteria and collaborating with related teams to control data definitions and reporting methods.
- Proactively revisiting reports template to ensure that the information provided continues to be aligned with current business needs.
- Cooperating with related stakeholders to support data-related matters for partners and the Distribution department.
- Certifying all the data processes are aligned with Company data governance policies and guidelines.
- Providing data for any ad-hoc request to support Business Plans and Initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, MIS, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Insurance business and/or Banking business and/or Financial industry.
- Proficiency in data and BI tools such as Power BI, and Python.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good in Business English communication both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and Good personality.
