You will be reporting to** **Finance Manager (Thailand Shared Service) and your main duties are:

Handle full spectrum of Account Payable, including verifying and matching invoices, payments and ensure timeliness of payment process including staff claims
- Responsible for GST reporting and reconciliation
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Ensure complete and proper records retention
- Support month end closing and ad hoc projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- At least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail F&B industry or audit profession with no commercial experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamic AX and Microsoft Office preferred
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and comfortable with meeting tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, hands on and meticulous with accuracy and efficiency
