**Position Overview**
To produce a consistent and high quality product in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the Capella Bangkok Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
**The Role**
- To produce a consistent and high quality product, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Capella Bangkok Standards of Performance.
- To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
- To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Kitchen Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
- To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
- To handle all HACCP forms for your area on a daily basis.
- To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by Chef.
- Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in chillers, and all storage area.
- To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
**Talent Profile**
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification
- Minimum two (1) year experience in a similar role in a luxury resort / hotel.
- Experience in luxury hotel or resort at similar capacity is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with personable character, a team player and good at cultivating strong guest relations.
- Basic command in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in culinary techniques.
