**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- Male or Female, Age 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in recruiting or human resources role in a corporate recruitment.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruiting principles, practices, and best employer branding strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of labor market trends, compensation, and selection strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skill.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
