Guest Service Supervisor

**Job Description**:
- Ensures guests have a smooth running stay at the hotel.
- Providing a warm, friendly welcome and fond farewell to all guests, organises the customer welcome and care provided by team.
- Supervises the work of the receptionists on team.
- Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative targets.
- To ensure the guests are 100% satisfied.
- Doing a multi-role as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, hotel representative, and public relations agent and that has to be the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness as we aim to continually exceed our guests’ expectation.
Work Experience
Experience
- At least Bachelor degree in any field.
- At least 3 years' experience in the front desk.
- Good inter-personality skill, outgoing and friendly.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Thai.
- Strong in problem solving skills, and executive of work.
