Native Candidate

**We are looking for native resources for multiple languages for one of our Clients.**

The customer will also handle your onboarding, testing, and training, as well as their follow-up and payment processing.

At initially, all users will be required to complete a test, and only those who pass will be allowed to begin working on the project.

A user will be disqualified if they don't work the required 30 hours per week.

Scope of work
- the users will find written paragraphs where they will be asked to **rate, categorize them and maybe rewrite **some parts of them according to guidelines that will be provided

**Task 1**:

- They will be asked to read two written texts and then answer a few MCQ questions to categorize each of them
- Each user is expected to finish **10 tasks per hour**

**Task 2**:

- They will be asked to read a text and then rate and validate with "yes or no" according to the rating guidelines
- Each user is expected to finish **60 tasks per hour**

We now have **26 languages to** start with, below is the languages mentioned.

We want to start immediately**, **the project is expected to last for **6-8 weeks**

We need total **70 Native Users** per language where each user is required to work for a Minimum of **30 hours/week**

**So per User**: 1 users x 30 hrs. Per week x 6 weeks = **180 working hrs. In total**
