**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Excellence**:

- Utilize advanced **Java** programming skills to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions
- Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that align with industry best practices and company standards

**Team Collaboration and Mentorship**:

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment by actively participating in design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Serve as a **mentor to junior developers**, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow professionally
- Collaborate with other team members, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project outcomes

**Effective Communication**:

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to **both technical and non-technical stakeholders**:

- Collaborate with IT and non-IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns effectively
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and progress

**Problem Solving**:

- Analyze complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions to address them.
- Identify and address software performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues that may arise during development

**Code Quality and Best Practices**:

- Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistent and maintainable code
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code that facilitates easy maintenance and future enhancements
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure high reliability and functionality

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any IT related fields
- Strong experience as **a Java Developer/ Full Stack Developer **with a track record of successfully delivering software projects
- Strong proficiency in **Java** and **Spring Boot**:

- Good knowledge and skill in **Angular** is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and mentor junior developers
- Familiarity with **agile** development methodologies and practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- **Good command of English **would be preferred
