**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support daily OTC (Over the Counter) trading and brokerage operations in alignment with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the execution of trades, asset rebalancing, and transfers of company holdings, ensuring strict adherence to accuracy and internal compliance protocols.
- Conduct detailed reconciliations, settlements, and transactional analyses to maintain transparency and financial integrity across all operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external exchanges, trading desks, and counterparties to facilitate efficient, secure, and timely transactions.
- Identify process automation and optimization opportunities, actively working with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and transparency.
- Mitigate foreign exchange (FX) risk by developing daily FX forecasting models to minimize profit and loss (P&L) impacts, providing senior management with critical insights for informed decision-making.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational improvements, ensuring streamlined processes and seamless execution of key functions.
- Test and validate new features, tools, and system enhancements to optimize operational workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analysis on digital asset performance, market trends, and emerging investment opportunities for executive leadership.
- Provide ad hoc support and strategic input on projects and initiatives as required by senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cryptocurrency trading, digital asset management, or a similar financial environment. Experience in OTC trading, asset rebalancing, and brokerage operations is essential.
- Profound knowledge of digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, blockchain technologies, and their associated market dynamics.
- Strong expertise in executing and managing complex financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and analyzing market data.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast FX trends, hedge currency risk, and manage P&L impacts effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external counterparties.
- High proficiency in trading platforms, financial analysis tools, and market data software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the digital asset space is highly preferred.
