- Effectively manage the flow of bookings into the venue.
- Answer phones, take dining reservations, and enter diner information into the reservation system.
- Maintain a waitlist and quote accurate wait times.
- Make appropriate seating decisions using the station rotation chart.
- Organize seating for large and special needs groups.
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing a clean/current menu in front of guests, etc.
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
- Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and safety.
- Communicate with guests and other team members to meet guest needs.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

**Qualifications**
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Bar operations management role.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Understand F&B trends in Bangkok Market
- Excellent guest service skills.
