**Job Location**: Phloen Chit Rd (Hybrid)

**Required**:

- Proficient in performance testing tools, particularly JMeter.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
- Create comprehensive performance test plans and strategies based on system requirements and project goals.
- Implement performance testing methodologies and ensure the tests mimic real-world conditions.
- Interpret test data to identify performance bottlenecks such as slow response times, memory leaks, and scalability issues.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the analysis of performance metrics.
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and system architecture teams to ensure performance issues are addressed during the development phase.
- Communicate test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts in tools like JMeter, and use programming languages like Java or Python to enhance test scenarios and automation processes.
- Monitor system performance under various test conditions and generate detailed reports outlining performance metrics, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with best practices in performance testing and make improvements to testing processes.
- Participate in post-performance testing reviews to identify opportunities for optimizing future test plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test scripts, and performance test results for future reference.
- Assist junior team members in understanding performance testing tools and methodologies.
