- Responsibility:
- Interpreter between Chinese customers and the sales team
- Translate documents in Chinese - Thai - English- Support the sales team when they deal with Chinese customers
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients
- Coordinate with customers and control delivery schedule
- Control the number of inventory
- Provide forecast to suppliers to ensure the plan is optimized
- Visit customers with the Sales team
