- งานตามสัญญาจ้าง รายเดือน/รายปี- 2 - 5 ปี- ชลบุรี ระยองและภาคตะวันออก- ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

**Responsible for preparation of inspection procedures, raw material inspections and inspections during surface preparation / coating. To meet international standards and customer requirements. To ensure that the products meet the quality standard**

**Quality Assurance**
- Preparing Surface preparation and Coating procedure according to the requirements of the job assignment.
- Perform audits and surveillance.

**Raw Material**
- Raw material receiving inspection prior surface preparation and coating work. To protect raw materials that do not meet the standards and requirements into the process.
- Preparing the measurement tools used to receive the raw material.
- Checking the storage area.
- Coordinate with purchasing to solve quality problems, material control to conduct the inspection and production for raw material or product inspection information.

**Process Quality Control**
- Attended Pre Inspection Meeting.
- Preparing surface preparation and coating inspection report.
- Preparing measurement tools used to inspection during surface preparation and coating, Ensure that the measurement tools is in perfect condition and calibrated before use.
- Verify surface preparation and coating procedure.
- Surface preparation and coating inspection during process according to the inspection procedures specified in the Inspection and Test Plan [ITP].
- Witness/ Verify / record blaster and painter qualification compliance, who to be able to work according to the requirements of each job.
- Verify surface preparation and coating equipment appropriateness.
- Inspection the surface preparation or coating test as required.
- Preparing Inspection report in item 3 above.
- Monitor the Air Temperature, Dew Point, Relative Humidity.
- Preparing documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and TIS / OHSAS 18001.
- Progress report, problems report and propose solutions to Quality Assurance Manager.
- Preparing reports of nonconformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Responsible according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS 18001.
- Responsible according to the requirements under ISO 14001.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Male, 22 Over years old.
- Certificate / Diploma in any field With 2-3 years’ Experience in insulation, blasting and coating/painting/wrapping inspection for equipment, piping and fitting, steel structure.
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering ,Fresh graduates are welcomed
