**Job Detail**:

- Junior Oversea Purchasing (25K-35K) (SDG-93108)
- พนักงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ-
- Responsible for all import functions such as placing orders, order confirmation, order summarizing, following up with import operations and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise.
- Handle sales negotiation and objections that turn into company benefits.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with supplier.
- Collaborate with sale and marketing departments both central and local BU on the stock required to ensure that requirements are fulfilled within a timely manner.
- Prepare the work for sampling, product costing and pricing.
- Track finished goods production to meet stock and product launching plan.
- Monitoring and controlling all procurement procedures
- Coordinating and manage quality claim with suppliers.
- Prepare freight and import documentation as well as coordinate payments with accounting department.
- Control, monitor and follow up priority order requests to avoid the shortage of stock.
- Forecast sales order and ensure they are communicated to the teams.
- Work closely with sales team for new product development and report them directly regarding all import duties.
- Maintain and update company pricing database.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 30 years old- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 1 years' experience as Purchase Overseas or Domestic.
- Conversational level of English (Same level as TOEIC 700, opportunity to communicate with overseas suppliers)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS power point, Ms Excel V-look up, Pivot table, Sort, Filter)- Knowledge in logistic and pricing (Preferred Import)
- Fast learner and passion for purchase & planer.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.

- จัดการการเจรจาการขายและการคัดค้านที่กลายเป็นผลประโยชน์ของบริษัท
- พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาชีพกับซัพพลายเออร์
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายการตลาดทั้งส่วนกลางและท้องถิ่น BU ในสต็อกที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อกำหนดได้รับการปฏิบัติตามภายในเวลาที่เหมาะสม
- เตรียมงานสำหรับการสุ่มตัวอย่าง การคิดต้นทุนสินค้าและการกำหนดราคา
- ติดตามการผลิตสินค้าสำเร็จรูปให้ตรงตามสต็อกและแผนการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์
- ติดตามและควบคุมกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างทั้งหมด
- ประสานงานและจัดการเคลมคุณภาพกับซัพพลายเออร์
- จัดทำเอกสารการขนส่งสินค้าและการนำเข้ารวมทั้งประสานงานด้านการชำระเงินกับแผนกบัญชี
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และติดตามลำดับความสำคัญของการสั่งซื้อเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการขาดแคลนสินค้าคงคลัง
