**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of operations personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
- Attend meetings with clients to update progress and project requirements
- Hold regular operations team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
- Update and maintain project timeline and progress to ensure proper deliverables
- Follow up and ensuring that all technical personnel are following proper processes and procedure to ensure project deadlines are met

**Qualifications**:

- TOEIC score of 650 or above (Listening: 300, Reading: 350)
- Fluent English skills verbal and written
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with both native and English as a second language speakers over phone
- Good customer account management mindset
- Comfortable with using computers and various different types of communication software
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work

experience
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimum three years management experience in the IT field, including developmentwork and interactions with customers
- Experience with Jira management software, scrum master certification required
- Experience with Microsoft project a plus.
