**Scopes**
- Log the parameters of the equipment in the equipment log book and submitted to Shift Leader (Operation Engineer) for signature on a shift basis.
- Reporting trouble memos and submitted to Shift Leader for Signature on a shift basis.
- Well-versed in attending to minor running breakdowns and following all starting and stopping procedures of the equipment.
- Site patrol for visual inspection system and equipment normal use.
- Implementation for operation work (valve, switchgear operation, etc.)
- During the construction period before the operation, a support site for construction progress, inspection, testing, and commissioning of the District Cooling System and Power Plant.
- During the construction period before the operation, support establishment for operation manual and plant management tool of the District Cooling System and Power Plant.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling routine greasing and top-up lubricant of the equipment as of the maintenance program.
- Monitoring, inspection, and measuring the performance/efficiency of the equipment.
- Monitoring, cleaning, and replace for the filtering material of the system.
- Filling up chemical material for the chemical dosing unit and water treatment unit.
- Performing minor maintenance work. (Such as painting, lighting, torque, etc.)
- Supporting/Controlling all outsourcing and sub-contractor for maintenance service jobs.
- Preparing daily maintenance reports to senior engineers daily and by the job.
- Supporting operation team for good verse in attending to minor running breaks down and emergency operations for District Cooling System and Power Plant recovery.
- During the construction period before the operation, support the site for construction progress, inspection, testing, and commissioning of the District Cooling System and Power Plant.
- During the construction period before the operation, support establishment for operation manual and plant management tool of the District Cooling System and Power Plant.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial).
- At least 2 years experience in Operation/Maintenance Field.
- Experience a with chiller, cooling tower, pump, switchgear, transformer, or other related equipment would be an advantage.
- Understanding of Power distribution system.
- Understanding of HVAC, Chiller, and Cooling Tower System operations.
- Understanding of chilled water distribution network.
- Fair communication skills. (At least Thai and English)
