- Delivery of Procurement operations according to the service catalog, Issuing and monitoring of Purchase Orders for Indirect materials and Services.- Performance objectives:
- Deliver BSA Purchasing Operations according to defined procedures.- Process Purchase Requisitions and turn them into Purchase orders in ERP systems:
- Review purchase requisitions against given criteria (quality and proper approval)- Turn purchase requisitions into purchase orders- Send purchase orders to supplier- Follow-up Purchasing Orders:
- Collect supplier acknowledgement- Purchase Order delivery follow up only if specifically requested by GBU- Respect quantitative, quality and timing targets for the assigned tasks.- Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data and maintenance of the system.คุณสมบัติ
