Manager/ Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Agoda is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships based in Bangkok. This role involves managing partnerships with various third parties and distribution channels across Booking Holdings brands, focusing on driving revenue through key initiatives and account optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Manage Thai accounts, forecast growth plans, and prioritize key initiatives
- Business and Commercial Acumen: Understand partner needs and translate them into tailored initiatives
- Implementation Ownership: Drive partner KPIs through close relationships and operational support
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Optimization and Innovation: Identify opportunities for optimization and upselling
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in business development/account management
- Proven sales and marketing track record
- Consumer and client-orientated mindset
- Good understanding of Internet & Travel trends
- Experience interacting with senior-level executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Thai and English with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualities:
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
